For US Travel on American Airlines
A discount of 5% off any American Airlines airfare has been negotiated for meeting attendees from all over the US to Dallas for travel January 26 through February 3. This discount can be booked online at www.aa.com. Enter “promotion code” A4519AU to receive the discount.

For Travel from Europe to Dallas on Lufthansa Airlines
Various discounts have been negotiated for meeting attendees from Europe to Dallas for travel January 16 through February 10. Discounts apply to Lufthansa operated flights only by calling a Lufthansa call center. Discounts are not available for online bookings. The event code for this discount is LH9DFW11.

There are no discounts for First class. Business class discounts range from 10% off of discounted Business class (inventory codes D,Z) to 20% off full-fare Business class (C). Economy class discounts range from 10% off inventory codes M, H, K, Q fares and 15% off inventory codes Y and B.
