Randy Gage But once Randy found out about Agel, he made a decision to jump in very quickly. He recognized that Agel is one of those special companies, that only come along every ten or 15 years. The breakthrough product line, the innovations in the compensation plan, and the strong field leadership indicated that Agel would become a worldwide phenomenon. Most rewarding to Randy is the number of people he is bringing along with him. He has personally sponsored two Double Diamond Directors, a Diamond Director, a Corporate Directors, two Senior Directors, two Regional Directors, and numerous Directors. David and Rhonda Rand David and Rhonda were introduced to the network marketing industry in 1997, and whilst VERY sceptical, they believed that network marketing was the only vehicle for them to create the wealth AND the lifestyle they desired. In just a short time they were achieving success and a six figure income. BUT, it was clear to them that they were "Grinders"... and the lifestyle aspect would probably not eventuate. As leaders in that company, they were approached almost weekly with "The Next Big Thing" (all of which ended up in the trash can). Billy Looper and Wesley Anderson They got off to a fast start by tapping into the assurance of others. “I really borrowed the belief of the leaders around me, particularly Randy Gage’s confidence in me,” says Wes. “Randy really believed Billy and I could do this. He didn’t see me as the struggling graduate student I was, but the Double Diamond Director I could be. And he knew the business would be a great cash flow engine for Billy’s real estate investing. I think for many people, their biggest downfall is that they don’t know it’s OK to borrow someone else’s belief until you have your own.” For both Billy and Wes, it was Randy’s belief that convinced us to be part of Agel and the network marketing industry in general. Back in June 2005, Billy was riding the wave of success in real estate as a result working 18 hours a day. He remembers telling Randy he did not have the time to start another business. “It was at this point that Randy said, ‘Look, you need to trust me on this one, this is the next big one – give me 10-15 hours a week and a one year commitment and see what happens…’” says Billy. “And we just went with it, enrolling five team members in our first two weeks. Our first check was for $1,962.62 so we knew right off the bat we could make money at this.” But it wasn’t the money alone that drew them, rather the excitement and passion they felt about teaching people how to open their own international business for a little over $1,000. To them, this was the foundation and core of what make them so passionate about the Agel opportunity. “You know it is, in fact, less about the money and more about the lifestyle – and the lifestyle is just setting in for us,” says Wes. “To see Billy’s stress level go down so much because he knows that if real estate falls through we don’t maybe have a fall-back, we definitely have a fall back. The lifestyle is about being able to actually live. I often say ‘It’s so wonderful not feeling mediocre’; it’s so wonderful to be able to make a difference.” Agel is also the chance to associate with other great leaders. As part of the Founder’s Elite Club, Billy and Wes were awarded with a two-day adventure that included a hot air balloon ride over the mountains, bobsledding, a black-tie dinner and a stay at a five-star resort. “It was an incredible experience because we see ourselves as rookies in this industry, and there we were associating with some of the powerhouses,” says Billy. “It was then that we realized that if you get in with the right company and right team and plug into the system you can be very successful even with no prior experience.” Billy and Wes have no plans to slow down. “We’re just having too much fun to let up… the best is yet to come!” says Billy.

Denise and Shawn Clements Shawn's career with the airlines was significantly changed after September 11th with pay cuts and restructuring. He then had to start working 16 hours a day to bring home the same income as before. We realized our lives had gotten crazy and we weren't willing to take it anymore. When we found Agel my husband said, "How do we get started?" Right away he knew this was our opportunity to change everything. Working with Agel has given us our life back. Our boys, Dalton and Taylor, have developed a vision for their own future; one of prosperity and abundance.
