Welcome to the team!  I have you locked in a spot and set up your autoship.   I'm going to overnight you some product, Mag Paks, and DVDs so you have something to work with.  You can pay me back when you get your order arrives.  Here’s what to do to get started fast:  

STEP ONE:  Log In!

Please log onto your account at www.Agel.com and select "log in" in the upper left corner.  Your User name is _____ and your temp password is _____.  You can change that and correct anything else when you log in.     Also, please enter your bank information so your bonus check can be electronically transferred to you each month.  Go to "Profile", then "My Account", then "Commission Payout Method." 

STEP TWO: Get Plugged In!

Please go to our team training site at: http://www.ateamcentral.com/ and enter your name and email in the “Announcements” box.  This means you will get updates, training newsletters and special announcements.  

STEP THREE: Get Your Tools!  

Please go to http://www.ateamcentral.com/store.html and buy the following: 

* A 50 pack of the "Choosing Success" magazine 
* A 50-pack of "The Agel Phenomenon" DVD
* Set up an autoship for 50 of both the magazines and DVDs each month
* A 25-pack of the “Vibrant Living” product catalog  
* Enough “Operation Grinder Rescue” CDs for the people you know in MLM

STEP FOUR:  Fast Start Training…

Then go through the Fast Start training on the team site.  You'll find that at: http://www.ateamcentral.com/training.html   Please read the introductory letter, then print the two forms, and watch the Fast Start video.  

STEP FIVE:  Schedule Your Planner!

The secret of success is how you spend the 10 to 15 hours a week you have allocated for your business.  You want to include as much real business building activities as you can, and minimize “busywork.”  Please mark your calendar for the weekly Leadership training call in your area.  You will find the times listed under the Fast Start training.  Then concentrate your activities on business building activities like Private Business Receptions (PBR), Agel Business Briefings (ABB), handing out info packs and following up with prospects.  

STEP SIX: Start Your “Major Blast”  

The most important thing you should do now is get your “Major Blast” going!  That means scheduling two or three Private Business Receptions within the next 8 or ten days.  Think of the long distance people you want to send the Step One email to, and others you want to mail out Mag Paks and the “Phenomenon” DVDs.  Others you may to call personally with a sense of urgency.  

Do another list just of the people you know that are in MLM or have tried it in the past.  They are perfect candidates to get on the www.MLMRockStar.com site or give the Rock Star CD to.  

Remember to use the tools, and don’t try to make a presentation yourself.  Get at least 60 or 80 people into your prospecting funnel quickly and you’re sure to get some serious people who will run with this.
